Welcome to learn about the subscription service rules of HealthHill: Blood Sugar & Blood Pressure (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). These Subscription Terms (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") are intended to clarify your (hereinafter referred to as "User") rights and obligations when using the App's subscription services, as well as our (the App developer's) rules for providing subscription services. By clicking "Confirm Subscription," "Start Free Trial" (if applicable), or actually using the subscription service, you indicate that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
1. Subscription Plans and Pricing
1.1 Subscription Plan Types
The App offers the following two auto-renewable subscription plans for your selection:
| Subscription Plan |

| Weekly Subscription |
1 week (7 days) |
$9.99/week |

Unlock all premium features, better value |
1.2 Limited-Time New User Offer
- Eligible Users: New users who create an account and subscribe in the App for the first time (the same device and the same Apple ID are considered as the same user, and the offer can only be enjoyed once);
- Offer Details: When subscribing to the "Weekly Subscription" plan for the first time, enjoy a limited-time offer price of $0.99/7 days (this is not a free trial; charges will be applied immediately upon confirmation of subscription);
- Post-Offer Rules: After the 7-day offer period ends, if you do not cancel auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current offer period, the subscription will automatically convert to the regular "Weekly Subscription" plan and be renewed at the price of $9.99/week.
1.3 Regional Price Differences
The prices listed in these Terms are based on US Dollars (USD). Actual subscription prices may vary depending on your country/region, Apple App Store regional pricing policies, and exchange rate fluctuations. The final price is subject to the amount displayed on your App Store subscription page.
2. Subscription Benefits
After the subscription takes effect, you can unlock all premium features of the App, including but not limited to:
- Unlimited Health Data Measurements: Use heart rate, blood sugar, and blood pressure data recording functions without limitation (including manual entry and device sensor measurements);
- In-Depth Data Insights: Full access to historical health data trend charts (such as daily/weekly/monthly data change curves), abnormal data annotations, and health reference analysis;
- Ad-Free Experience: Remove all advertising content within the App to avoid interruptions during use;
Note: Subscription benefits are only valid during the current subscription period. If the subscription expires without renewal, it will automatically downgrade to the basic feature version, and premium features will be unavailable (locally stored health data will not be lost).
3. Trial and Subscription Activation Rules
- New User Offer and "Non-Free Trial" Explanation: The "$0.99/7 days" mentioned in these Terms is a limited-time promotional subscription, not a free trial service. After you confirm the subscription, your Apple ID account will be immediately charged $0.99, and the 7-day promotional period will begin. If you cancel the subscription during the promotional period, the $0.99 already charged will not be refunded (specific refund rules are subject to Apple's official policy).
- Subscription Activation Time: Whether you choose a regular plan or a promotional plan, the subscription takes effect immediately after you complete payment. The activation time is based on the successful payment record in the Apple App Store. If you activate the subscription through the "Restore Purchase" function, the activation time is based on the remaining period of your previous purchase.
4. Payment and Auto-Renewal Rules
4.1 Payment Methods
Subscription fees are paid through your Apple ID account, supporting payment methods available in the App Store such as Apple Pay, credit cards, and debit cards. We do not directly collect or store your payment information; payment security is guaranteed by Apple.
4.2 Auto-Renewal Mechanism
- Subscriptions default to "auto-renewal" mode. Unless you manually turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the system will deduct the subscription fee for the next period from your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of the period (at the regular price of the current subscription plan);
- If renewal charges fail due to insufficient balance in your Apple ID account or invalid payment method, the subscription will be temporarily frozen, and premium features will be unavailable during the freeze. You need to update your payment method within 7 days after the charge failure, and the system will retry the charge. If successful, the subscription will be reactivated. If payment is not completed within 7 days, the subscription will automatically terminate.
5. Subscription Management and Cancellation Process
5.1 Subscription Management Portal
You can manage your subscription status at any time through your iOS device (including viewing remaining period, modifying subscription plan, turning off auto-renewal). The specific operation path is as follows:
- Open the "Settings" app on your iOS device;
- Tap on "Apple ID" at the top (your account name);
- Select "Subscriptions" and find "HealthHill: Blood Sugar & Blood Pressure" in the subscription list;
- Enter the subscription details page to perform related operations.
5.2 Cancellation Instructions
- After canceling the subscription, premium features will remain available during the current subscription period until the period ends. After the period ends, the subscription will terminate, and no charges will be made for the next period;
- Important Note: Deleting the App alone does not cancel the subscription. Deleting the App will not affect auto-renewal settings, and the system will still charge renewal fees according to the rules. To cancel the subscription, you must operate through the "Subscription Management Portal" described above.
6. Restore Purchase Function
If you reinstall the App on the same device or on another iOS device logged in with the same Apple ID, or if subscription benefits cannot be activated normally due to device failure, you can restore your purchase through the following steps:
- Open the App and go to the "My" or "Settings" page;
- Find the "Subscription Management" option and click "Restore Purchase";
- The system will automatically verify the historical subscription records under your Apple ID. After verification, the corresponding subscription benefits will be restored (only unexpired subscriptions can be restored; expired subscriptions cannot be restored).
Note: Restore Purchase only applies to subscriptions purchased with the same Apple ID. Subscription records between different Apple IDs are not interchangeable.
7. Refund Policy
- Given that subscription services are "immediately effective and immediately usable" digital services, we do not provide partial or full refunds for active subscription periods (including promotional period subscriptions and regular subscriptions);
- If you have objections to subscription charges (such as duplicate charges or subscriptions not operated by you), you can directly contact Apple App Store official customer service to apply for a refund. Refund review and processing are handled by Apple, and specific refund policies can be found in the Apple official documentation;
- After a successful refund, your subscription will immediately terminate, and unlocked premium features will no longer be available.
